What's Cooking at the P's


I love love love to cook AND I love love love to try new recipes out on Brian. Honestly, I love to cook for Brian because he'll eat anything (well mostly) and his compliments to the chef are always a total ego boost. I love the satisfaction of a job well done. I have been searching for a lite chicken parmesan recipe and finally found one from Kraft, recipe here. We (yes B helped) made this for dinner tonight and it was amazing!!!



Edit: I forgot to mention that I changed the recipe a tad.
1. I substituted canned spinach for frozen, but kept with the recipe quantity.
2. Used italian bread crumbs instead of Ritz crakers, really gave it more of an Italian flare
